We stand behind the drip. If you don’t like your Senpai Drip item, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund—simple and fair. 🧵🔥


1) 30-Day “Don’t Like It” Guarantee ✅

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if:

It’s unused, unworn, and unwashed

In original condition (no odor, stains, pet hair, damage)

Returned with original packaging (where applicable)

Refund option

Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection.


2) What’s NOT covered (non-returnable) 🚫

To keep the guarantee fair (and stop abuse), we cannot accept returns for:

Worn, washed, or used items (even “just tried once” if there are signs of wear)

Custom/personalized items (including custom back text) ✍️

Items marked Final Sale

Gift cards

Issues caused by incorrect washing/care


3) Defects / wrong item received (we fix it fast) 🛠️

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll offer:

Free replacement, or

Full refund (if replacement isn’t possible)


4) Return shipping (who pays?) 📦

For “don’t like it” returns, the customer pays return shipping.

For our mistake (defect/wrong item): we cover return shipping (or reship without requiring a return when appropriate).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.


5) How to start a return (fast process)

Email support@senpaidrip.com with:

Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (front/back) so we can approve quickly

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.


6) Refund timing ⏳

After we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days (banks vary).


7) Exchanges (size changes)

Want a different size? We can process it as

A return (if eligible), then

A new order for the new size

(Inventory-style exchanges aren’t always possible because items are made-to-order.)


8) Shipping delays & Delay Compensation Guarantee ✨

You’ll get tracking once your order ships. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we’ll support you and offer compensation based on delay severity.

International orders may face customs delays and duties/taxes set by your country.


9) Fraud / excessive returns

We reserve the right to deny returns if we detect abuse (excessive returns, worn items, repeated claims).
