Senpai Drip Terms of Service 🖤⚡

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Senpai Drip website (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from the Site or have permission from a parent/guardian.
2) Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy.
We may accept, reject, or cancel any order for reasons including fraud prevention, product availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
If we cancel after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
3) Made-to-order production
Most Senpai Drip items are made on demand (crafted per order).
That means:
Production begins soon after purchase.
Changes/cancellations are time-sensitive (see Section 7).
4) Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time.
Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Payment processing is handled by trusted payment processors.
5) Shipping, delivery, and international orders 📦🌍
Estimated delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees.
International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes imposed by your country. Those fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs processing can delay delivery. We’ll support you, but we can’t control customs timelines.
6) Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title typically pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier (unless local law says otherwise). If a shipment has issues, contact us—we’ll help you resolve it.
7) Cancellations & order changes (address/size)
Because production starts quickly:
Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted within 12 hours of ordering.
After that, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
If you entered the wrong address, message us immediately. Once shipped, rerouting isn’t reliably possible.

Our Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
30-day money-back guarantee (if you don’t like it)
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original condition (no stains, odor, pet hair, damage)
Returned with original packaging where applicable
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
Worn/washed/used items
Custom/personalized items (including custom text) ✍️
Final sale items
Gift cards
Defects / wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Return shipping:
“Don’t like it” returns: customer pays return shipping
Our mistake (defect/wrong item): we cover it where applicable
9) Delay Compensation Guarantee ⏳✨
If your shipment is significantly delayed after it ships, we’ll support you and may offer compensation based on delay severity.
This does not cover delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside carrier control (but we’ll still help you track it).
10) Product care & color variation
Follow care instructions to protect prints/embroidery. Damage caused by improper care isn’t covered.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Minor variation is normal.
11) Accounts (if you create one)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
12) Intellectual property (our content)
All content on the Site—logos, product photos, designs, text, graphics, and brand assets—is owned by Senpai Drip or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.
13) User content (reviews, comments, photos you submit)
If you post or send content to us (reviews, photos, messages), you grant Senpai Drip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and store operations—unless you explicitly ask us not to.
You agree not to post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing on others’ rights.
14) Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or abuse the Site
Submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks in bad faith
Misuse promo codes or exploit pricing/system errors
We may restrict or ban access for violations.
15) Third-party services and links
The Site may use third-party tools (payment processors, analytics, shipping, marketing). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
16) Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by USA law:
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We disclaim implied warranties where legally allowed, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
(Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this may not apply to you.)
17) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senpai Drip LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senpai Drip from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
19) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes will be handled in the courts located in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20) Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the site with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
