Senpai Drip pieces are made to order—your item enters production after you place the order, then ships with tracking once it’s ready.
1) Processing (Production) Time 🧵
Typical production: 2–7 business days
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Total delivery = production time + shipping time

5) Tracking 📲
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours after the label is created.
6) Address Accuracy (don’t sabotage the delivery) 🧠
You’re responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you notice an error:

if the order has already shipped, rerouting may not be possible
7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International) 🌍
International orders may be subject to customs/import duties and taxes set by your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs processing can also cause delays.
8) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages 📦
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors/building reception and your local carrier first.
If a package appears lost or stuck, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
9) Delay Compensation Guarantee ⏳⚡
We don’t do ghosting or runaround. If your shipment is significantly delayed beyond expected carrier timelines (after it ships), contact us and we’ll review the case for compensation.
Customs delays and incorrect addresses aren’t covered—but we’ll still help you track it.
